Exercise
I did gymnastics at 5 years old, martial arts through my teenage years, and bouts of regular gym.
Now I mostly keep exercise simple.
You need cardio (elevate heart rate) a few times per week.
You need strength training (calisthenics or weights). Just lift until you feel tired.
You need flexibility (learn how to stretch and do it daily).
I do what I call 'exercise snacks' throughout the day. Short sessions of just a few minutes of exercise, to feel circulation.
Make exercise playful and you'll probably do more of it.
