Proprioceptive Cultivation (Better Meditation)

The word meditation is ambiguous. Proprioception on the other hand is very specific. It is the sensation we have inside our body.
By tuning in to the felt senses of our body, and learning to cultivate and guide the flow of energies, we achieve all of the goals for ‘meditation’ in support of metabolic and neurologic balance leading to spiritual ascension (immortality).
Sit quietly and focus on your felt-perceptions. Notice your breathing. Notice tensions, movements, temperatures. Explore the internal sensations throughout your body, realize the distractions coming from your mind, and explore the sense of time as you reflect and investigate your mind-body connection in silence with eyes closed.
Practice and you will discover deeper more meaningful meditation than most folks who try to ‘quiet the mind’ or ‘imagine shapes’ while neglecting connection and awareness of the body.
