Diet
This is not advice. Just my own personal approach.
I avoid anti-nutrients like the plague, or at least I minimize them significantly.
Anti-nutrients include oxylates and phylates, typically found in vegetable skin, especially green leafy vegetables (who would have thought!).
Which means no Kale, rarely any Spinach, and definitely no uncooked oats.
At time of writing I live in South Mexico in the Mayan Jungle and shop locally.
My general daily diet most commonly includes the following:
Vegetables: sweet potato, normal potato, carrot, zuchini, avocado
Fruit: mango, banana, orange, grapefruit, water melon
Additional: organic rice, organic pasta, organic lentils, local beef (including bone broth), ginger, garlic, organic cacao powder for smoothies
Oils: I use coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil, and I like to cook with butter too, or sometimes ghee although I am not a fan of the taste
Approach
I have a lot of blended smoothies, often with ice, including avocado and banana (with cacao powder) or banana and mango.
I eat breakfast and mid-day and sometimes a very light dinner if I'm particularly hungry, or nothing at all in the evening. I try to consume my water intake in the first half of the day too.
That way, my stomach is empty and bladder isn't full, by the time I sleep around 9 or 10pm.
