Excusitis is the disease of excuses — and most people are afflicted!
So insidious is that disease of excusitis that most people are not even aware of its nasty effects to deplete and decay their success.
At Levity Labs, we don’t accept the blind ignorance of excuses.
If you know, you do.
If you don’t do, you don’t know.
Or as Leo Buscalia put it...
“to know, but not to do, is not [really] to know”.
Bottom line, what are we meant to do?!
The Levity Labs protocol is just a starting point. A concept for you to apply and begin tailoring to your own honest self-assessment for what suits you best.
It makes sense to divide our day into morning, afternoon and evening.
It makes sense to list the types of activity that will aid our vitality on a daily basis.
It makes sense to build our own Levity Lab at home and throughout our life so we leverage every possible opportunity to excel, thrive, and enjoy a good life.
The Levity Protocol — No Excuses
Advances in science, technology and consciousness are giving us new opportunity for maximum vitality and a joyful lightness of being.
Morning
Wake at sunrise. Soak up the early morning sun.
Dental hygiene with no early eating to allow teeth to remineralize and extend intermitent fasting into mid-morning.
Exercise including strength and cardio.
Natural material clothing.
Treatments, such as: Lazers, Neuroacoustics, PEMF, etc.
Clean mid-morning breakfast, minimizing processed sugar, chemicals and anti-nutrient dietary acids (phytic acid, oxylates, etc).
Supplements.
Afternoon
Wholesome foods, minimizing processed sugars, chemicals and dietary acids.
Supplements.
Mid-day to afternoon exercise-snacks — keep metabolism flowing and lymph drainage happening to reduce toxic buildup throughout the day.
Treatments, such as: Cryo, HBOT, Sauna, Red Light, etc.
Evening
Light or no food so stomach is empty during sleep.
Supplements.
Reduce Blue Light — use apps on devices and blublocker glasses.
Exercise-snack with light stretching, to ensure not over-stimulating energy centers which may interfere with bed time.
Asleep by 10PM for best circadian-aligned sleep restoration, in a cool and dark sleeping space.
