Heart Rate Coherence

HRV (heart rate variability) is the difference in time between your heart beats.
One heart beat might happen faster than the last one, measured at 69 beats per minute. The very next beat might be a little slower and measurable at 71 beats per minute. Your doctor would say your heart rate is 70 beats per minute. But the variation between beats says a lot about your nervous system health.
Levity Labs Founder Gavriel is HeartMath certified as a resilience coach using a monitor and a guided breathing practice and coaching exercises that help create coherence within the variability of your heart rate.
Using an earlobe sensor you monitor your Heart Rate Variability.
Through a specific mindfulness practice taught by the Heartmath Institute we can observe a shift in your autonomic nervous system into coherence.
