Convergence of tokenization, metaverse, launch of Apple’s Vision Pro, global trends towards sustainability, migration out of urban into rural lifestyles. Crypto bull-run projected to peak in 2025. Collapse in confidence in global governments. People searching for new lifestyles, security, better health, work life balance, opportunity.

Many emerging co-living cooperatives of one flavor or another. https://cocohub.io is a wonderful effort to collate projects on one map. https://lociproperty.com/ is one specific example of a startup for cooperative coliving.

Where could we go?

We can appeal to many types of stakeholder, from landscape designers (permaculture, bio architecture, etc) through to virtual designers (metaverse, augmented reality), educators, community leaders, web3 builders,

What will we move towards?

So far, the idea is a tri-part focus of sustainability, metaverse (meetings and artistic experience), and health.

Imagine a physical/virtual venue, with some attendees physically present on the property with others beaming in via the Digital Twin metaverse using a VR headset.

• The physical land will be maintained as a nature reserve, with augmented reality experiences including education on sustainability, syntropic agroforestry, biomimicry, soil health, the bio-energetics of living close to nature, and more.

• The digital twin virtual space will be home to training, education and networking events.

Altogether a new melting pot of future-focused ideas and ideals.

Landscaping, architecture, construction methods, community spaces, and facilities will be co-designed and even co-owned by a new community, based on a legal cooperative model. There is a lot of opportunity available for contributors and partners.

What should we limit ourselves to?

The focus is not on games for entertainment within our metaverse concept, but certainly gamification and entertainment are natural parts of a good life.

We also don’t want to replace the human experience or our biological authenticity, but we also want to include technology to enhance the human condition as much as maintains the integrity of humanity.

What shall we aim at exactly?

Research on the digital twin infrastructure, utility tokenomics, singularity advocates.

SingularityHaven will provide a similar opportunity within the Digital Twin, along with shared ownership of actual physical construction projects on the 110 acres of nature reserve itself.

In this way we expect the realization of actual asset value in the real-world, coupled with the adventure of innovation within the metaverse.

Imagine a series of events, not run by any one new group, but run by many. One selected group hosts an event and passes the torch to another group to host the next event. In this way we encourage excellence and participation without diluting or disrupting each groups own brand focus with a chance to achieve widespread synergy for networked co-living cooperatives.
