A Sovereign Network State For Radical Life Extension

A project close to my heart. Founded by the son of my favorite author of all time.
Immortalis aims to be a unifying parallel society, for advocates of a 28th Amendment to the US Constitution called The Prime Law.
A place for people interested in vitality.
A place for people hopeful for peaceful civil society.
A place where creativity is celebrated and contribution recognized.
Over 200 people today gathered online to register into a new country initiative as Founding Members of Immortalis.
A country where radical life extension doesn’t seem to radical.
A country where peaceful civil life is upheld as the single function of official government.
Over the past year or so, many groups have discussed ideas of breaking away from the strife of modern life, where politics and propaganda seem to hold a vice-like grip over people’s minds, spirits, and autonomy.
Then Balaji came out swinging with a full blown book on The Network State in which he describes online communities growing to hold the power of small Nation States, leading them to hold enough ‘political clout’ to form legitimate real-world diplomatically recognized nations with sovereign territory.
Immortalis Citizens agree to uphold the prime law, represented in this simple membership agreement: “I will not initiate force, threat of force, or fraud against any individual, property or contract.”
An explicit quest for life extension techniques and technologies that will move us towards actual biological immortality. Or as Bryan Johnson has popularized this year, ‘Don’t Die’.
That our greatest happiness comes from the value we create for self, loved ones and society at large. Pursuing our individual sense of curiosity and creativity as the most noble thing that we can do.
And perhaps finally, to ensure that we remember to celebrate all that is good about life. A daily celebration of the rightness of being alive, of living in freedom, and exchange good times with likeminded friends and collaborators.
So if that ticks your boxes, founding membership of Immortalis is free until it gains momentum at which point additional new citizenships may carry a price tag.
We have the opportunity to shape the governance model, and accelerate progress towards the Immortalis digital economy… and in time, physical establishment of Immortalis territory.
If you’re familiar with projects like SeaSteading, or Prospera… or Singapore :) you might have a vision of what Immortalis might be both near-term and as the roadmap unfolds over the next 10 years.
Roadmap v1 is published at https://joinimmortalis.com and registration is open as of 3rd September 2024.
