I, Gavriel (www.gavrielshaw.com), bought the 110 acre nature reserve of semi-tropical jungle in Yucatan Mexico in 2022.

Gavriel with the Notary Public, ponying up the land purchase price and signing for title deed ownership, paid with crypto gains.

I’m part-time at the property, and the rest of my time on the coast or travel — but wherever I go the inspiration of Camazotz Cohaven goes with me.

A resort, a community, a safehaven, a health center, an augmented reality metaverse, a longevity clinic, an online parallel society of like-minds. Time will tell.
