A New Style Civil Society

While King Arthur's Camelot may have been entirely fictional, Camazotz will bring together virtual realities with physical practicalities to birth the start of a new style of civil society.

At Camazotz, parcels of land will be planned, with landscape architects to conduct a formal planning process for making best use of the 45 hectares to suit a healthy, thriving, modern new approach to hospitality and co-living.

This was version 0.1. A playful brainstorm from 2022. Yes we even thought of building a new Mayan Pyramid (the inner chamber being a co-working space)

This involves landscaping that suits the watershed delineation of the property, and a concept for 300 long-term inhabitants and hospitality for temporary guests.

The physical land will be maintained as a nature reserve, with augmented reality experiences including education on sustainability, syntropic agroforestry, biomimicry, soil health, the bio-energetics of living close to nature, and more.

Landscaping, architecture, construction methods, community spaces, and facilities will be co-designed and even co-owned by a new community, based on a legal cooperative model.

A safeheaven basecamp in Latin America with everything you need on site.

Groceries... personal care products... equipment... all delivered to your door if you wish. Village events to attend as suits your interest for socializing, sharing, learning, or entertainment. Movie nights, educational workshops, exercise groups, art classes. Join in person or virtually.

A strong work ethic with collaborative projects for advancing our careers and the good we do in the world. A futuristic lifestyle with a 'back to nature' vibe; maintaining modern creature comforts for smarter living within the regenerative abundance of nature.

In the long-term:

Gym and Spa, restaurants and cafe's, media centre and co-working space, schooling area and first aid, food gardens, aeroponics greenhousing, wind and solar power, wood work and bio construction workshop, bio-pool and bar area, everything you might want to imagine in a modern village development that includes residents and guests where they can find quietude or mingle together.

Come and go as you please, for trips to near-by tourist attractions, to visit family, away on business, or site seeing more of the world.
